I’ve always had a strong fascination with monsters. Throughout history monsters have been crafted to reflect their creators, they are less a mirror and more a photographic negative; the monster is everything we profess not to be.
This particular share could be frightening to most people. Its a kind of living sculpture and performance art piece by Oliver de Sagzan. I feel an overwhelming amount of loneliness, rage and misery within the monsters’ own existence . Perhaps that’s why monsters are so fascinating; it’s easier to live within your own existence if you are not the villain, if there is someone else to fault with destruction and terror in the world and to others.
